Job Description
As a Seasonal Package Delivery Driver, your primary responsibility is to deliver packages efficiently and safely to homes and businesses in your community. You will drive a UPS vehicle, following a specified route while providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering packages of various sizes to residential and commercial locations.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Driving safely and adhering to UPS safety guidelines at all times.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license—no CDL required (License type varies by state).
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Pass the DOT physical.
- Excellent customer service and driving skills.
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Compliance with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.

Permanent, full-time small package delivery drivers receive an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, plus paid time off for holidays and sick leave.
