This isn’t a typical management role. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and the Customer — architecting elegant AI solutions, mentoring a team of technical consultants, and directly influencing what gets built next. The work spans Gemini Enterprise deployments, agentic workflow design, and the kind of 0-to-1 solution engineering that defines an entirely new category of enterprise software.

About the Role: Manager, Technical Solutions

As a Technical Solutions Manager within Cloud Applied AI, you’ll oversee consultants across multiple concurrent customer deployments while personally contributing to solution architecture and hands-on debugging of complex agentic workflows. You’ll translate business friction into AI-powered solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Google’s Gemini model suite — bridging the gap between deterministic enterprise systems like Salesforce and SAP and cutting-edge conversational AI frameworks.

Beyond direct delivery, you’ll author reusable technical assets and pioneer architectural frameworks that elevate the broader Google Cloud ecosystem. You’ll engage with C-suite stakeholders at global enterprises, manage cross-functional delivery teams, and incubate new product capabilities — all while building a team culture that operates with startup agility at Google scale.
