About the Role: Maintenance Assistant
A Maintenance Assistant is responsible for:
- Cleaning floors in offices, break rooms, restrooms, and the production floor.
- Operating trash and cardboard compactors and following waste disposal procedures.
- Performing janitorial tasks, including window washing and ceiling cleaning.
- Monitoring cleaning supplies and restocking as needed.
- Assisting with grounds maintenance, such as removing leaves and ice, painting, and roof inspections.
- Following safety protocols and responding quickly to spills or hazards.
