Lead – Apple – Edmonton, AB
Location: Edmonton, AB | Company: Top Companies in Canada
At Apple Retail in Edmonton, Alberta, the Lead role sits at the intersection of people, performance, and purpose. This isn’t a typical floor supervisor position — it’s a chance to shape the daily experience of both customers and team members inside one of the world’s most recognizable retail environments. If you thrive on mentoring others, driving results, and bringing energy to a fast-moving team, this opportunity is worth your attention.
As a Retail Lead, you’ll spend the majority of your time out on the floor — connecting with team members, supporting customer interactions, and making sure the store runs with the kind of precision and warmth that defines the Apple experience. You’ll work closely with the Store Leadership team to communicate strategy, address time-sensitive issues, and help every associate feel equipped to do their best work.
About the Role: Lead
The Lead position at Apple Canada is a whole-store role. That means your focus extends beyond your immediate team to encompass operational readiness, sales floor workflow, and the overall customer journey. You’ll serve as a role model and mentor, translating leadership priorities into everyday actions that produce real results — individually and collectively.
Alongside your sales and customer engagement responsibilities, you’ll handle key operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and overrides. You’ll also contribute to building a culture of inclusion and diversity, reflecting Apple’s core values in everything you do. Collaboration is central to this role — you’ll work in true partnership with the leadership team rather than in isolation.
Benefits and Salary
For postings in Ontario, qualified candidates can expect a hiring rate up to the midpoint of the pay range, with candidates who bring significant experience and skills potentially being considered up to the range maximum. Apple offers an environment centred on accessibility, inclusion, and employee well-being, with benefits and digital tools designed to support every team member. Apple is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities throughout the hiring process and beyond.
