Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks as a General Merchandise Associate will include:

• Customer Service: Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner, assist with locating merchandise, promote products/services, and resolve customer issues as needed.
• Stocking and Zoning: Cover assigned areas, restock merchandise, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
• Merchandising: Move feature merchandise to its proper location, set and complete modulars, and apply product protection when required.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Adhere to company policies to maintain a safe and clean work environment, including completing safety sweep logs and securing displays.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate with team members to ensure proper floor coverage and assist with front-end coverage as needed.
