Benefits and Salary

This Flex Driver position offers a pay rate of $22.00/hour. As a part-time casual role, shift parameters including minimum and maximum hours and days of work will be determined based on FedEx’s operational requirements, providing schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day, the Flex Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of packages along assigned routes. Each shift involves both physical and customer-facing work, making reliability and a professional attitude equally important on this job.

• Deliver packages to predetermined customers on specific routes in a timely and accurate manner
• Review orders prior to departure to confirm accuracy and completeness
• Load and unload the delivery vehicle safely and efficiently

• Lift and handle packages weighing up to 70 lbs throughout the shift
• Complete mandatory training including pre-placement driver assessments and all basic and recurrency courses
• Operate in a bilingual environment (French and English) as required in the province of Quebec

• Valid full G licence / Class 5 driver’s licence with no more than two violations or accidents in the past 24 months

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs on a regular basis
• Excellent customer service skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
