Courier – Driver – FedEx – Don Mills, ON

FedEx Canada is hiring a Part-Time Courier at our Don Mills location, 60 Valleybrook Drive, ON. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the efficient pick-up and delivery of packages along an assigned route while providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role: Courier – Driver

The Courier position involves courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages, ensuring all shipments meet FedEx standards. You’ll also assist with related customer service tasks, maintain accurate delivery records, and ensure compliance with Canadian Customs regulations when applicable. This role requires physical stamina, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to FedEx customers.

Responsibilities of a Courier

• Efficiently pick up and deliver packages on an assigned route while maintaining high service standards.
• Ensure all shipments comply with FedEx Canada service features and Canadian Customs regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
• Manage delivery records accurately and adhere to time management protocols.
• Lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Qualifications for the Courier Role

• High school diploma or educational equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• One (1) year of customer-oriented business experience preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to lift heavy packages and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules and holidays based on business needs.
• Bilingualism (French and English) required for positions in Quebec.
