Apple is looking for someone who’s genuinely passionate about the brand and excited to bring that energy into partner retail stores across the region.
This isn’t a typical retail position. About the Role: Community Specialist, Channel Retail
Working 40 hours per week on a schedule that typically runs Wednesday through Sunday (with flexibility based on business needs), you’ll travel between partner stores in your community. This fixed-term role spans approximately 12 months and requires you to provide your own reliable transportation. Day to day, you’ll be the face of Apple at multiple points of sale — delivering demos, maintaining merchandising standards, educating partners, and driving sales results.
You’ll work closely with your leader on weekly partner visit planning and will regularly share feedback and insights with internal Apple teams. From ensuring product displays meet Apple’s standards to running small in-store training sessions, you’ll be a trusted presence for both retail partners and customers alike.
