As a Bakery InStore Clerk, your primary focus is making sure customers can find what they need, when they need it. You’ll be responsible for stocking and maintaining product displays, ensuring shelves are always full and meet company standards, and handling accurate product scanning. You’ll also assist with identifying inventory needs and support ordering processes to keep the department running efficiently.

Beyond stocking duties, you’ll be expected to set up company-directed promotions and programs, keep your department area tidy, and uphold health and safety standards throughout your shift. Customer interaction is a big part of this role — being courteous and resourceful when customers have questions is just as important as the physical work.

Benefits and Salary

This is a unionized position, and the hiring wage range is $17.60 – $18.45 per hour, as set out in the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
