Responsibilities

This role covers a wide range of responsibilities across product support, platform governance, stakeholder engagement, and change management. Day-to-day, you’ll be balancing operational platform tasks with strategic initiatives, making it essential to stay organized and proactively drive alignment across teams.

  • Partner with the Product Manager, Content Management to support the evolution of content management platforms and business capabilities
  • Gather, document, and refine business requirements from stakeholders across multiple functions including Marketing, Creative, eCommerce, and Technology
  • Support product roadmap initiatives through discovery, testing, validation, implementation planning, and release activities
  • Administer and govern Adobe Workfront and AEM Assets, including workflows, metadata, user access, content lifecycle processes, dashboards, and custom forms
  • Monitor platform usage, adoption trends, operational issues, and opportunities for optimization
  • Coordinate issue triage and resolution with technology teams and external partners
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand business challenges and translate them into platform requirements or process improvements
  • Lead onboarding and enablement activities for new users, including training, documentation, and communications for new platform capabilities
  • Contribute to user guides, best practices, FAQs, and other support materials to drive platform adoption

Requirements / Skills
