About the Role: Team Leader

Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, your day-to-day work blends people management with hands-on store operations. You’ll be expected to lead by example, keep the store running efficiently, and ensure both your team and customers have a positive experience every shift.
- Lead and supervise store associates, offering guidance and support throughout each shift
- Manage store merchandising, including shelf stocking and handling daily shipments
