Responsibilities
As a P&D Operations Manager at FedEx, your day-to-day work centres on keeping pick-up, delivery, warehouse, and ramp operations running efficiently and safely. You’ll lead frontline teams while making sure service standards and operational goals are consistently achieved.
- Supervise and coordinate daily Pick-Up and Delivery Operations across the station’s service area

- Complete mandatory training and maintain any required annual accreditations

Requirements / Skills

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent — a strong educational foundation is required

- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record — no more than two violations or accidents in the past 24 months
- Current FedEx management membership or LEAP/EXCEL endorsement — this is a mandatory requirement for the role
- Physical capability — must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and manoeuvre packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
- Bilingualism (French and English) — required only for candidates residing in Quebec
