About the Role: HMR Clerk
As an HMR Clerk at Loblaws Ottawa, your primary focus will be keeping product displays stocked, organized, and presented to company standards. You’ll interact with customers daily, responding to questions and offering helpful product knowledge while keeping your department area clean and safe.
This role also involves accurate product scanning, identifying inventory needs, assisting with ordering, and supporting company-directed promotions and programs. Responsibilities
Day to day, the HMR Clerk keeps the department stocked, safe, and customer-ready. These responsibilities are central to ensuring Ottawa shoppers have a positive in-store experience and always find what they need.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer questions and needs
- Stock and maintain product displays and shelves to meet Loblaws company standards
- Ensure accurate product scanning at all times

- Maintain a clean, organized department area in compliance with health and safety standards
