HMR Clerk Part Time Day – Loblaws – Ottawa, ON

About the Role: HMR Clerk

As an HMR Clerk at Loblaws Ottawa, your primary focus will be keeping product displays stocked, organized, and presented to company standards. You’ll interact with customers daily, responding to questions and offering helpful product knowledge while keeping your department area clean and safe.

This role also involves accurate product scanning, identifying inventory needs, assisting with ordering, and supporting company-directed promotions and programs. This position offers a starting hourly wage of $17.60 to $18.45 per hour, set out in the applicable collective bargaining agreement as this is a unionized position. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer questions and needs
• Stock and maintain product displays and shelves to meet Loblaws company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning at all times
• Identify inventory needs and assist with the ordering process
• Set up company-directed promotions and in-store programs
• Maintain a clean, organized department area in compliance with health and safety standards
