Flex Driver – FedEx – Corman Park, SK
Federal Express Corporation Canada is currently seeking a part-time Flex Driver to join our team in Corman Park, Saskatchewan. In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of packages to customers on predetermined routes.
You will be responsible for reviewing orders before delivery, loading and unloading the vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Job
This part-time position offers the flexibility to work varying shifts depending on the needs of the business. As a Flex Driver, you will be responsible for delivering packages efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction.
You will review orders, load and unload vehicles, and ensure that deliveries are made on time, while adhering to FedEx’s operational guidelines.
Flexibility is key in this role, with shifts being determined by the volume and demand of the business. If you reside in the province of Quebec, candidates must be bilingual in both French and English to meet the requirements for this position.
Key Responsibilities for the Flex Driver Role
As a Flex Driver, your key responsibilities will include:
- Timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes.
- Order review to ensure accuracy before delivery.
- Loading and unloading of the vehicle, ensuring that packages are handled with care.
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any delivery issues or customer inquiries.
- Complying with all safety regulations and operational protocols established by FedEx.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent educational certification.
- Valid driver’s license or provincial graduated license.
- No prior experience is required, although one (1) year of customer-oriented business experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs and handle packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Some knowledge of FedEx Canada operations is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure deliveries are made on time.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
