Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Build financial models, conduct analyses, and make recommendations that drive results and improvements.
  • Reporting: Develop weekly and monthly financial reviews, forecasting, and reporting models.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify data integrity issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Business Analysis: Simplify and centralize processes to improve efficiency and allow for quick decision-making.
  • Leadership: Hire, mentor, and develop new team members and actively participate in team-building activities.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of finance experience, accounting, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent.
  • Experience with financial systems like Oracle, SAP, or JD Edwards.
  • Proficiency in SQL, ETL, and large-scale data mining tools.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement projects.

Compensation & Benefits

The base pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market. Compensation is based on several factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional benefits include:
