About the Role: Execution Support Lead, Sport Chek
The Execution Support Lead owns the full procurement lifecycle for all Sport Chek fixtures and equipment. From translating approved design plans into accurate purchase orders to leading network-wide refresh programs, this role ensures every fixture arrives on time, within budget, and to spec. You’ll work directly with Store Planning, Design, Construction, and Operations teams to align ordering timelines with site schedules and project milestones.
Beyond day-to-day procurement, this role is also about building better systems. You’ll design and continuously improve standardized workflows, tools, and documentation that reduce errors, prevent late-stage changes, and keep cross-functional execution running smoothly across a complex retail network.

Canadian Tire offers a broadband salary range of $53,000 to $88,000, with a typical hiring range between $53,000 and $70,000. Compensation decisions are based on experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Responsibilities
At its core, this role is about making sure the right fixtures show up at the right stores at the right time. The Execution Support Lead touches every stage of the procurement process — from interpreting design plans to resolving delivery issues during store openings — making cross-functional coordination and financial discipline essential to success.
- Own end-to-end ordering of all Sport Chek fixtures and equipment for capital store projects, including new builds, renovations, expansions, and relocations
- Lead procurement for network-wide fixture rollouts and refresh programs, ensuring consistency and scalability across the Sport Chek fleet
- Translate approved plans — including prototype standards and scope documents — into accurate, complete purchase orders
- Design and implement standardized procurement processes that ensure fixture accuracy, order completeness, and on-time placement
- Develop tools and workflows that reduce rework, errors, and late-stage changes across the procurement lifecycle
- Ensure financial accountability by keeping all orders within approved targets and aligned to project budget assumptions
- Serve as the single point of accountability for fixture procurement across Store Planning, Design, Construction, and Operations teams
- Collaborate with Construction and Project Managers to align ordering timelines with site schedules
- Support Operations and Merchandising teams during rollouts and store openings to ensure readiness and resolve issues promptly
