Responsibilities

  • Design Leadership: Develop and implement design strategies that align with our business goals, focusing on innovative and market-leading approaches to children’s apparel.
  • Brand Management: Ensure that all design outputs adhere to our brand’s DNA and guidelines, maintaining a consistent style and quality that meets our customer’s expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the product development, sourcing, and marketing teams to create cohesive and impactful brand experiences both in-store and online.
