CXO Site Lead, Customer Experience Operations – Amazon.com Services LLC – Atlanta, GA
Amazon is seeking a dedicated and customer-obsessed individual to fill the role of CXO Site Lead. In this position, you will be at the forefront of Amazon’s Customer Experience Operations (CXO), ensuring seamless operations at our Locker+ retail locations. The CXO team focuses on facilitating the delivery and return of customer orders while creating meaningful interactions with customers.

About the Role
The CXO Site Lead will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service at the site. You will interact directly with customers, assist associates in resolving customer issues, and provide peer-to-peer feedback on processes and best practices. Collaborating with your manager, you will ensure safety and quality standards are upheld, contributing to a smooth and efficient site operation. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in building a strong site culture by identifying barriers and trends that impact both the customer and associate experience.
This role requires flexibility, including working nights, weekends, and holidays, and performing additional duties as needed. The position involves physical tasks such as lifting up to 49 pounds, standing, walking, and climbing stairs during shifts of up to 12 hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers using effective customer engagement strategies, while modeling desired behavior for team members.
- Assist associates in solving customer issues and provide peer-to-peer feedback on standards and processes.
- Contribute to site improvements by participating in continuous improvement initiatives and supporting best practices.
- Maintain site standards by working with management to ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- Work flexibly in a fast-changing environment, including on nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Basic Qualifications
Amazon requires the following basic qualifications for the CXO Site Lead role:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Experience in training others.
Preferred Qualifications
Amazon prefers candidates who also possess the following qualifications:
- 1+ years of floor leadership or other leadership experience, or 1+ years of Amazon experience.
- 1+ years of retail or customer-facing experience.
