About the Role: Customer Rep-Station
As a Customer Rep-Station, your primary focus will be on providing accurate information and direct customer service to individuals and businesses using FedEx services. You’ll handle administrative duties that keep the facility running efficiently while also identifying opportunities to promote FedEx Express and Ground products and services.
This is a casual position with a set schedule of Monday 2:30 pm–7:00 pm and Saturday 6:00 am–2:30 pm, with additional coverage expected for sick calls and vacation periods throughout the week. You’ll need to be comfortable working in a monitored, high-pressure environment and adapting to shifting business needs.

Responsibilities
