Responsibilities
In this role, your day-to-day will revolve around creating meaningful connections with customers and ensuring every touchpoint — from a casual showroom visit to a full vehicle delivery orientation — is handled with care and expertise. These responsibilities are central to Tesla’s customer experience strategy and directly support sales pipeline health and brand loyalty.
- Welcome and engage walk-in guests promptly and personally, making them feel at home from the moment they arrive
- Build customer profiles through meaningful conversation to understand their background, interests, and purchase timeline
- Educate and inspire guests by answering product questions and curating tailored experiences, including demo drives and Full Self-Driving demonstrations
- Conduct delivery orientations that highlight key vehicle features, ensuring new owners feel confident and excited about their Tesla
- Support the sales pipeline by capturing guest information, scheduling test drives, and identifying high-intent buyers
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all current and future Tesla owners at every stage of their journey

Requirements / Skills

- 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools to manage customer data and pipeline activity

- Valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s licence (Canadian) — required and must be maintained throughout employment
- Motor vehicle salesperson licence/certificate issued by the Alberta provincial regulator — required as a condition of employment for this location
