Responsibilities
Day-to-day, a CTV Driver at FedEx is responsible for the safe and timely movement of freight across the network. From operating heavy vehicles on intra-provincial routes to managing the proper sequencing of cargo, every task directly supports FedEx’s commitment to on-time delivery and supply chain reliability.
- Transport freight safely between stations, hub facilities, and customer locations using a Class AZ commercial vehicle

- Maintain compliance with provincial transportation regulations, FAST (US customs) requirements, and dangerous goods handling protocols

- Complete required documentation including TORTES applications and, where applicable, customs paperwork related to PUD (pickup and delivery) operations

- Dangerous goods handling certification and current certification in ULD inspection and t-stacking
- Proficiency with TORTES, FAMIS, and other Windows-based applications; Cosmos experience is an asset
- Broad geographical knowledge of intra-provincial routes and knowledge of inter-provincial regulations
- Ability to read and interpret maps, multitask under pressure, and maintain strong organizational skills on the road
- Bilingualism (French and English) required for candidates residing in Quebec
- Ability to pass Provincial Transportation physicals, written tests, and any mandatory drug/alcohol testing requirements
