Responsibilities
In this role, your day-to-day work centres on the physical handling of freight within the facility. Every task you complete directly supports the movement of shipments to customers and businesses across the region, making accuracy and reliability essential.
- Load and unload freight from vehicles and within the facility
- Scan packages accurately to maintain shipment tracking integrity
- Sort freight into the correct areas for processing and dispatch
- Lift and manoeuvre packages up to 70 lbs independently, and up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
- Complete all required basic and recurrency training as assigned
- Adhere to all safety standards and facility procedures throughout each shift
Requirements / Skills

- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Physical capability to lift 70 lbs and manoeuvre packages up to 150 lbs with equipment

- Availability to work the Tuesday–Saturday early morning shift (6:30 AM – 10:00 AM), five days in a row
