As a Bakery InStore Clerk, your day-to-day work centres around making sure customers can find what they need and that the department reflects the high standards Loblaws is known for. From stocking and replenishing product displays to keeping the area tidy and safe, you’ll play a hands-on role in the overall store experience. You’ll also assist with inventory management and support any company-directed promotions or programs as needed.

Benefits and Salary

The hiring range for this position is $17.60 to $18.45 per hour. Responsibilities

Working in the bakery section of a busy Loblaws store, you’ll keep things organized and customer-ready throughout your shift. Your contributions directly shape the in-store shopping experience and help customers find what they need every visit.

• Stock and replenish product displays and shelves to meet company presentation standards
• Respond to customer inquiries with resourcefulness and courtesy, guiding them to what they need
• Maintain accurate product scanning and flag inventory needs, assisting with ordering as required
• Set up promotions and company-directed programs within the department
• Keep department areas clean and organized, upholding all health and safety standards at all times
• Deliver excellent customer service through genuine, helpful interaction on the floor
