About the Role: Baker

The Baker is responsible for preparing baked goods to meet our showcase specifications and maintaining a clean, organized production area. Your ability to work efficiently under pressure and collaborate with team members will be essential in this role. This full-time position requires prior baking experience and a commitment to upholding Tim Hortons’ high standards.

You’ll also manage inventory, practice excellent hygiene, and ensure compliance with health regulations. As a vital part of the Tim Hortons team, your work will directly impact the satisfaction of our guests and the smooth operation of our location.

Responsibilities of a Baker

• Prepare baked products as assigned, ensuring all showcase specifications are met.
• Clean and maintain the production area and back-of-house spaces daily.
• Receive and store inventory related to baking activities.
• Adhere to Ontario Health regulations for food preparation, storage, and service.
• Follow proper cleaning and sanitation practices to maintain a safe environment.
• Practice excellent personal hygiene and maintain good attendance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
