About the Role

The objective of the Alumni Program is to allow hiring managers to engage the services of CNSC retirees, providing them the chance to pass along their knowledge through mentoring or coaching other employees. Alumni can also be hired to work on short-term projects, address specific shortage areas, or assist during peak workloads.

As this program is not intended for filling permanent or ongoing positions, hiring will occur on an “as and when required” basis for specified periods. Managers may request specific skill sets or the referral of a particular individual from the alumni inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
