If you’re someone who genuinely loves technology and thrives on helping people, this part-time role in Scarborough, Ontario could be exactly what you’re after.
This isn’t a typical retail gig. As an Advisor, you’ll act as Apple’s representative inside a partner store — simultaneously playing the role of sales leader, brand ambassador, and product educator. About the Role: Advisor, Channel Retail
At the core of this position is relationship-building. You’ll represent Apple within a single partner retail location, guiding customers through product decisions, delivering individual and group product demonstrations, and fostering a genuine connection between shoppers and the Apple platform. You’ll also work closely with partner staff — sharing knowledge, driving enthusiasm, and keeping everyone informed on the latest Apple products, promotions, and initiatives.
The role demands a self-motivated individual who can manage their time effectively, work independently, and maintain high standards without constant supervision. You’ll be responsible for keeping Apple fixtures and merchandising elements in top shape, flagging any issues for resolution, and ensuring the shop always puts Apple’s best foot forward. The schedule for this part-time position is set: Thursday and Friday 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., Saturday 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., and Sunday 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
