Warehouse Associate II – MHE Cycle Counter – UPS – Burlington, Ontario, Canada
UPS is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate II – MHE Cycle Counter to join its team in Burlington, Ontario. This is a part-time, permanent role where you will be responsible for performing cycle counts on various clients’ products during evening shifts, either manually or with an RF device. The ideal candidate should possess computer and mathematical skills, with forklift experience being preferred.

About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate II – MHE Cycle Counter, you will be responsible for conducting manual and blind cycle counts of products, inspecting and receiving inbound goods, and processing returns. You will ensure the accuracy of product orders, stages, and secure packing, as well as coordinate shipments with carriers.
In addition, you will operate various power equipment safely, respond promptly to customer and client inquiries, and handle heavy machinery when necessary. All tasks must comply with client procedures and government regulations, ensuring operational excellence and safety standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform blind and manual cycle counts for various clients throughout the shift.
- Receive, inspect, and stock inbound products.
- Process returns, confirming quantities and completing paperwork.
- Pick and verify product orders from proper locations.
- Stage, securely pack, and palletize products for shipment.
- Coordinate shipments and create shipping labels and paperwork.
- Safely operate power equipment such as forklifts.
- Communicate with clients and resolve any service-related issues.
Basic Qualifications
UPS requires the following basic qualifications for the Warehouse Associate II – MHE Cycle Counter role:
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
- Warehouse experience preferred.
- Forklift experience preferred.
