About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for becoming a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions, delivering top-tier sales and customer service, and optimizing campaigns using a data-driven approach. Your goal will be to retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers by developing comprehensive brand and media strategies aligned with their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions.
  • Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to clients.
  • Retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers through strategic planning.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles.
  • Experience analyzing data and assessing performance drivers.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in digital media, display advertising, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in display advertising sales/marketing.
  • Programmatic advertising experience.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
