Role of the Marketing Manager
As a Marketing Manager for Amazon Business Canada, you will manage marketing campaigns from concept to completion, focusing on acquisition, engagement, and lead generation. You’ll collaborate with sales, central marketing, and external agencies to ensure successful campaign execution and achieve growth targets. Your role will include using data to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cross-channel marketing campaigns including email, mobile, onsite, and paid digital.
- Run A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with external agencies for campaign asset creation.
- Report performance metrics to leadership on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives based on program insights.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- Experience building and scaling cross-functional marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in using data and metrics to measure impact and improve strategies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Analytical mindset with a curiosity to test, learn, and iterate for optimal results.

Working Conditions
This role is based in Toronto, ON, with the option to work from Seattle, WA as well.
