Responsibilities
Every shift as a Tim Hortons Team Member involves a mix of guest interaction and hands-on food preparation. You’ll be contributing directly to the guest experience — from the moment someone walks through the door to the moment they leave with exactly what they ordered. Here’s what you’ll be doing day to day:
- Greet and welcome guests with genuine hospitality, setting a positive tone right from the start of their visit
- Complete guest orders accurately and efficiently, including coffees, Iced Capps®, donuts, and more
- Prepare sandwiches and wraps with care and consistency to meet Tim Hortons quality standards
- Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing all products for guests
- Operate equipment according to established guidelines for each piece in the kitchen and service area
