About the Position: Service Technician

As a Tesla Service Technician, you will execute diagnostic and repair work on Tesla’s innovative product line, providing feedback to our engineering teams to improve products and procedures. Key Responsibilities

  1. Execute basic and advanced diagnostics and repairs across Tesla’s product line.
  2. Provide feedback to Tesla design and engineering teams to improve processes and products.
  3. Maintain and inspect shop equipment, requesting replacements when needed.
  4. Consistently and concisely detail and document repairs.
  5. Partner with other teams to ensure delivery of an exceptional product.
  6. Contribute to a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety procedures.

What You’ll Bring

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related technical field (e.g., aeronautics, engines, electrical).
  • Automotive Service Technician License or willingness to pursue provincial apprenticeship.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Section 609 Refrigerant handling certification preferred.
  • Valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s license in Canada and an acceptable driving record.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required (English needed for internal communications and technical documentation).
