About the Role
As a Principal PMT, you will be the voice of the customer, driving a product roadmap that enables Amazon customers and partners to extract maximum benefits from Amazon’s Foundation Models. You will invent on behalf of our customers, advocating for their needs throughout the design, build, and launch phases. With high-level visibility, this role requires you to communicate clearly and compellingly at all levels of the company.
In this role, you will define product requirements and go-to-market strategy, coordinating with multiple internal and external teams. You’ll interact with customers, partners, software vendors, and stakeholders to prioritize roadmap features and craft new FM capabilities. This high-ownership position allows you to influence the direction of new product development in AGI.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the product roadmap, enabling Amazon customers to maximize benefits from Amazon’s Foundation Models.
- Invent on behalf of customers and advocate for their needs during product design, build, and launch.
- Communicate clearly at all levels of the company, providing data-driven insights to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, software vendors, and stakeholders to define new product capabilities.
- Measure business impact by diving deep into metrics and customer feedback.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with feature delivery and product trade-offs.
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 6+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements.
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.

- Base salary ranging from $161,900 to $279,900/year, depending on experience and location.
