About the Role: Coffee Shop Clerk (Part-Time)

As a Coffee Shop Clerk at Loblaws, your day-to-day will revolve around ensuring customers have a positive in-store experience. You’ll keep product displays stocked and organized to company standards, respond to customer inquiries with a friendly and resourceful attitude, and help maintain a clean, safe department environment. You’ll also support accurate product scanning, assist with identifying inventory needs, and help set up company-directed promotions when needed.

This position comes with a hiring range of $17.60 to $22.19 per hour, with pay rates set out in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Responsibilities

In this Coffee Shop Clerk role, your work directly supports the shopping experience for Loblaws customers in Ottawa. From keeping shelves stocked to helping customers find what they need, each task plays a meaningful part in keeping the store operating at its best.

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer needs in a courteous and resourceful manner
• Stock and maintain product displays and shelves to meet company standards consistently
• Ensure accurate product scanning at all times
• Identify inventory needs and assist with ordering as required
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs within the department
• Maintain a clean, neat department area in compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements / Skills
