About the Position: Overnight Associate
As an Overnight Associate, you will be responsible for unloading merchandise, stocking shelves, and maintaining a hazard-free work environment.
This role involves working as part of a team to strategically plan and execute tasks, ensuring the store is ready for a successful opening each morning.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the sales floor for store opening by organizing and stocking merchandise.
- Unload trailers and pull pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor.
- Assist in labeling, placing merchandise in backroom bins, and stocking assigned areas.
- Complete live unloading of other types of merchandise as needed.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness by following Walmart’s policies and completing safety logs.
- Provide customer service when necessary, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Secure displays and fixtures for store safety and efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights.
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
- Must be 18 years or older.
