Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and package bakery items following Tim Hortons’ recipes and standards.
• Ensure the freshness and quality of all baked goods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Communicate effectively with team members to meet guest needs and production goals.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in Quick Service or baking is an asset but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
