About the Role: General Merchandise Department Manager

As a General Merchandise Department Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating activities to maintain the zoned and stocked salesfloor while ensuring top-tier customer service. Your responsibilities include delegating and following up on tasks such as price changes, stocking, and ensuring modular completion in assigned areas.

This role requires you to train, coach, and provide feedback to associates, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. You will also oversee safety and cleanliness standards, manage associate breaks, and provide support in key salesfloor areas as needed.
