About the Role: Package Handler

As a Package Handler at UPS Quebec City, your primary focus is making sure packages are correctly loaded, unloaded, scanned, and sorted into trailers and package cars. You’ll learn and apply UPS’s standardized package handling methods, which are designed to keep both you and the packages safe throughout the process. Heavy machinery may be used as part of the job.

This is a Monday to Friday position, with a minimum of 3 hours worked per day. Overtime kicks in after 5 hours. You’ll be working alongside a team in a structured warehouse environment where accuracy, physical fitness, and reliability are key to getting the job done right.

Benefits and Salary

UPS offers a starting hourly rate of $18.50/h, with a maximum rate of $31.49/h achievable through a 48-month wage progression (following a probationary period). In addition to competitive pay, UPS provides tuition reimbursement of up to $2,000 (conditions may apply), making this a smart option for students or those looking to further their education while working. Overtime is available after 5 hours of work per day.

• Memorize postal codes to support accurate sorting and loading
• Perform additional tasks as assigned within the fast-paced warehouse setting

Requirements / Skills
