As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive their packages on time and with a smile. This role is based in Winnipeg, MB.

Role of the Delivery Station Customer Service Associate
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Communication: Directly interact with customers in-person, via phone, and email, empathizing with their needs and setting appropriate expectations.
- Problem Solving: Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the best customer outcome.
- Maintaining Company Values: Uphold Amazon’s values and ensure every customer feels respected and valued.
- Performing Inspections and Repairs: Carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds; stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
- Working in Dynamic Environments: Adapt to varying noise levels and temperatures in a busy warehouse environment.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Customer Service.
- Ability to prioritize work effectively to ensure efficiency.
- Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook.
- Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators.
- Experience working on a merchandising or brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand.
Working Conditions
This role is based in Winnipeg, MB, and involves working in a dynamic warehouse environment. You will work a flexible full-time (40+ hours per week) schedule and perform tasks with or without reasonable accommodation.
