Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Manager, your day-to-day will keep you engaged across a wide range of front-end activities — from coaching associates and resolving customer concerns to auditing registers and promoting Walmart programs.   • Maintain EAS system functionality, ensuring cashiers are deactivating properly, greeters are addressing issues appropriately, and completing all required failure logs
  • Prepare registers for opening and closing daily, provide cashiers with change as needed, and conduct audits to maintain front-end cash accuracy
  • Promote company-sponsored programs and initiatives, including the Walmart credit card service, Walmart Protection Plan, charity initiatives, and discount programs
