Your Responsibilities

• Monitor Baking Process: Bake products in large ovens, monitor temperatures, and transfer items to cooling racks.
• Shaping and Assembly: Roll, cut, and shape dough for breads and pastries.
• Health and Safety: Follow all sanitation and health code requirements, ensuring a clean and hazard-free work environment.
• Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to Costco members.
• Support Team: Assist with other bakery duties as needed to meet production demands.

What You’ll Bring

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Previous baker experience is required.
• Certification: Food Safety Certification – Level 1 (required on the first day).
• Skills: Ability to operate industrial baking equipment and follow detailed formulas.
