About the Role: Associate Sales Manager
As an Associate Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing store operations, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. From recruiting and training team members to analyzing sales performance and identifying local market opportunities, your leadership will be vital to achieving store success. With 70% of your time spent actively on the sales floor, you’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure Tesla’s high standards are met in every interaction.
Your ability to align with Tesla’s mission, prioritize multiple projects, and cultivate a collaborative environment will set you up for success in this exciting role.
Responsibilities of an Associate Sales Manager
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute business strategies while actively leading on the sales floor.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver top-tier customer experiences, ensuring alignment with Tesla’s values and policies.
- Monitor sales performance, provide ongoing feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain Tesla’s brand standards through showroom presentation, facility maintenance, and compliance with dress code and grooming guidelines.
- Proactively address and resolve customer concerns related to vehicle quality and preparation, ensuring a seamless ownership experience.
- Identify local market events to enhance Tesla’s brand visibility and attract new customers.
