Key Responsibilities for the Bilingual Senior HRIS Training Specialist Role
As a Bilingual Senior HRIS Training Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, and delivering training programs for HR systems, covering topics such as compensation, compliance, performance management, and workforce analytics.
- Providing proactive and accessible training that meets the needs of teammates across multiple levels.
- Maintaining a positive training environment and offering high-quality customer service to both teammates and external vendors.
- Assessing current and future training requirements, making recommendations to management regarding program needs and costs.
- Coordinating all aspects of the training process, including research, materials development, program delivery, and student assessment.
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure alignment with business goals and operational strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field and 5-7 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, 6-8 years of relevant experience and 4-6 years of training experience will be considered.
- Bilingual in French-Canadian, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Proficiency in HR systems, with knowledge of Workday and/or UKG Dimensions. Familiarity with ADP, Dell Boomi, or Microsoft Power Suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
- Experience in adult education methods and proven success in training delivery.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.
