Shift Supervisor – Tim Hortons – Toronto, ON

Tim Hortons is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to join our team at the 28 Downes Street location in Toronto, ON. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing daily operations, training team members, and upholding Tim Hortons’ high standards for customer satisfaction. Your leadership skills and commitment to excellence will ensure that every shift runs smoothly and efficiently.

About the Position: Shift Supervisor

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the restaurant, supporting team members, and maintaining an enjoyable and efficient work environment. Shift Supervisors are an integral part of the leadership team and act as role models for providing exceptional service.

This position requires flexibility, as you will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including opening, midday, and closing shifts, ensuring all aspects of the restaurant are operating at their best during your watch.

Key Responsibilities

As a Shift Supervisor, you will:

• Provide leadership and guidance to team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures and operational standards.
• Act as Cash Manager, including setting up cash registers at open and verifying cash at close.
• Conduct routine walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.
• Assist in inventory management and daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
