About the role: Service Deli Clerk

You will slice, prepare, and assemble salads, party trays, pizzas, and entrees following Costco formulas. You’ll bake products in rotisserie and commercial ovens, coat ribs with barbecue sauce, and mix ingredients by hand to create consistent, delicious menu items.

Daily tasks include packaging, wrapping, and labeling products, restocking and rotating display cases, performing preventative maintenance on equipment, and maintaining a clean, sanitized deli area in compliance with food safety standards.
