About the Position: Sales Supervisor
As a Sales Supervisor at Tesla, you’ll manage a team of Tesla Advisors, oversee daily operations, and collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless customer interactions. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to meet KPIs, and a commitment to maintaining Tesla’s high standards for customer service and showroom excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a team of Tesla Advisors, setting individual and team performance targets.
- Train and develop team members on sales and delivery processes to enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor daily deliveries, create reporting metrics, and review information with the Manager to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Service Department to ensure smooth customer interactions.
- Represent Tesla professionally in internal and external communications and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Recruit, train, and develop management teams and employees while ensuring adherence to Tesla policies and procedures.
- Control store expenses, maintain showroom standards, and ensure facility maintenance aligns with Tesla’s brand guidelines.
What You’ll Bring
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Self-starting entrepreneur with exceptional time-management and problem-solving skills.
- Dedicated and ethical approach to sales and operations.
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and act as a trusted partner.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment.
- Valid driver’s license required and the ability to obtain state licensing where applicable.
