As an Overnight Assistant Manager with Walmart Canada in Toronto, you’ll play a key leadership role in supporting the Store Manager and overseeing overnight store operations. This position focuses on driving strong operational execution, ensuring store standards are met, and leading associates to deliver a safe, efficient, and customer-ready store each morning.

Working overnight, you’ll help manage merchandising, asset protection, safety, and associate performance while contributing to profitable sales results. In this role, you’ll lead overnight teams to prepare the store for daily operations, ensuring accurate pricing, strong merchandise presentation, and compliance with safety and asset protection standards. Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in managing overnight store operations

• Create and execute operational plans with the Management Team
• Ensure strong merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, and store standards
• Execute and monitor asset protection, safety, and compliance controls
• Resolve customer issues and model excellent service behaviors
• Lead associate engagement, recognition, training, and development
• Hold associates accountable through performance feedback and corrective action
