Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise associates in assigned areas to ensure smooth business operations and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide member service by assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting membership benefits.
  • Oversee merchandise operations by arranging, organizing, and maintaining inventory and ensuring members have access to products.
  • Handle financial transactions by completing accounting records, preparing daily deposits, and ensuring accuracy in register operations.

Basic Qualifications

Sam’s Club requires the following basic qualifications for the Member Team Lead role:

  • 6 months of retail experience, including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register).
  • 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

Sam’s Club prefers candidates who also possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience leading a front-end team or supervising associates.
