Dollarama is seeking an experienced Market Leader to oversee and direct operations across multiple retail stores in the Côte-Nord region. This role is designed for a proven retail leader who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring smooth operations, financial growth, and strong team development. Based out of a “home” store, the Market Leader is accountable for 2 to 5 stores, directly guiding Assistant and Store Managers.

About the Role: Market Leader
As a Market Leader, you will lead the day-to-day operations of several stores while ensuring consistent execution of Dollarama’s operational standards. You will coach and develop Store Managers, manage financial performance, oversee inventory and merchandising, and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
This role also includes responsibility for new store openings, workforce planning, and implementing business strategies that drive both sales growth and operational efficiency. You will act as a bridge between store-level management and regional leadership, reporting directly to the Regional District Manager.
