About the Role: Inbound Contact Centre Agent
As a Contact Centre Agent, you will:
- Assist Costco members with inquiries about online orders, deliveries, and website navigation.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with a courteous and professional approach.
- Document interactions in the system, including membership records and call resolutions.
- Liaise between members, vendors, and internal departments to resolve issues.
- Use problem-solving skills to handle member concerns and escalate cases when necessary.
- Meet daily inbound contact goals while ensuring consistency in communication.
