Role of the Design Technologist

As a Design Technologist, you will:

  • Own the end-to-end development process from a design and technical perspective.
  • Collaborate with business teams on campaign strategies and technical requirements.
  • Innovate and prototype new ad products using technologies like React/JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and AWS.
  • Present work to peers, product teams, and senior leadership.
  • Mentor and coach other team members.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in front-end development or UX prototyping.
  • Experience with React/JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and AWS.
  • Experience working with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Understanding of WCAG AA accessibility standards.
  • Portfolio showcasing your work and process.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in ad or design agencies.
  • Familiarity with GenAI/LLMs and emerging technologies like AR/VR.
  • Experience with Python and source control (Git).
